First, the phone number on the confirmation/website was incorrect. Even when we called information, they didn't have a number for it. No security lock on door.... remote to the t.v. was held together with paper and rubber band, Shower dripped all night and don't even try the juice at breakfast..... orange water... horrible... I will never stay there again nor will I recommend to our clients in the area. Would like a refund, but that will never happen.
Good location, easy to find, easy on and off freeways. Family resturant withing one block.
Continintal breakfast was very limited. No coffee pot in room but avertised. Bath tub faucet ran all night, ended up using a screw driver to turn tub on and off.
Carrying baggage up a very narrow stairway.Time arranging pretty towels should be spent cleaning under beds and behind lockers/bedside tables and under beds. I was concerned re the security of the balcony door, though being upstairs made this slightly less worrying. A noisy road has been developed very near the hotel but I understand plans are in hand to put in double glazing, which will also improve security. The rubber mat in the bath (underneath) was a disgrace. Cleaning arrangements must be improved.
Decent accommodations for a very good price. Nothing fancy but more than adequate.
Limited selection of tv channels.
Nothing it was terrible and disgusting.
Old indented mattresses. Non smoking room reaked of smoke. Looked like the carpets hadnt been cleaned in years. When walking barefoot on them they turned our feet black. Mold in the coffee maker inside room. There was no continental breakfast as stated in the description online. Rude and inconsiderate owners.
Comfortable bed. Godd value for cost.
Bathroom and carpet not as clean as could be.
The location was convenient to the motorway and it was a good value.
A little bit noisy, because it was close to the motorway.
I liked the friendly staff.
They did not have cable for the kids to rent kid shows. They didnt have dvd players at least to provide to their guests. There was no spa. The pool looks like it hasnt been updated since 1970.
We had specifically requested a non-smoking room, and were issued a clearly smoking room. The manager moved us after the first night, as we were staying for four days. The move was appreciated, but the first night's stay should have been reduced, or some other provision should have been made, as we were unable to sleep, due to the extent of the smoky smell in the room.
I read reviews online and thought that we were going to have an enjoyable stay, however, once we checked in sat on a rock hard bed, viewed the stained lampshade and discovered the broken towel bar we were ready to run. Freeway noise was only drowned out by constast a/c. Oh and did I mention the pancake pillows!! My poor husband still has a sore back 3 days later!!
The location was close to my inlaws home, and we love the restaurant across the street from the motel. The price was reasonable and we have stayed there 10 time sin the past 8 years.
The room had holes in the wall, the bathroom shower was in terrible condition. The room also smelled musty.
It was not expensive, and the people working there were very friendly and helpful.
It's not a grand resort by any means, but it is a friendly, clean place to stay.
The room was clean and had a nice lay-out. Once I was able to get Internet it was fast. Access in and out of the parking lot was easy. Big picture window let in lots of light in the day time. The heater worked well. Be warned...ask for the access to the Internet if you plan to use it. They do not offer it to you.
Don't plan on getting any help after 10 pm. Got to my room and went to send a document and no Internet. Went to call the front desk and the phone was dead. Walked down to the office and it was closed and no-one in sight. I rang the night bell, several times, and no-one answered. The room was nice but the service was poor!
Big rooms...large shower, large bath, lots of space in bedroom plus a large balcony.
Very nice stay at Aloha Inn. Very comfortable and centrally located.
